Our blends and the nutrients they contain are optimally adapted to the successive developmental phases of your baby. The finely pureed blends which are suitable from the age of four months carefully prepare your baby's taste buds for supplementary food and contain only easily digestible ingredients. From 6 months, new ingredients are added, including herbs. From that age on, we prepare the blends in layers (Verlinkung) so that children learn in a playful way that different colours can have different tastes. From 9 months, we continue working with new superfoods and season the blends with mild spices. Chunkiness is also an important aspect, which your baby will gradually become familiar with.
No! All our blends are free from any additives, and free from added sugar and salt. Our products contain only what’s on the label.
Our blend creations are plant-based. We're convinced that, as a result, your baby will enjoy vegetables from a very early age. This is hugely important for later nutritional behaviour – and a great basis for a good start in life. After the successful introduction of supplementary food in the form of pureed vegetables, fruit and cereals, you can add organic meat, fish or eggs to ensure your baby gets protein and iron: veal, beef and chicken as well as salmon and whitefish are suitable at this age.
Yes! All our blends are vegan. They offer parents who want their children to have a vegan diet a delicious basis of fresh products with a high vegetable content. To ensure a balanced diet for your baby, we recommend that you draw up a diet plan with a paediatrician or qualified nutritionist to ensure that he or she receives the best possible care.
Yes! To give your little one the best start when it comes to supplementary food, we don't use any of the 14 main allergens: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, hard-shelled fruit or nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupins, molluscs. If you're unsure about allergies, we recommend you discuss this with your paediatrician.

Our fresh blends have to be kept and transported in a chilled environment. In other words, when you buy or take delivery of your blends, pop them straight into the fridge. They can be kept there until their 'use by' date, which you'll find printed on the side of the tubs.
The tubs are able to withstand our high pressure sterilisation process; glass would shatter. But we don't use just any old plastic: our blends come in 100% recyclable polypropylene, a material that's used to make baby bottles and is heat-resistant, odourless, skin-friendly and physiologically safe.

Our tubs are completely free of toxins such as BPA and therefore harmless for babies and toddlers.
Yes! Our meals come in robust polypropylene tubs, which can be recycled locally or reused for other things. The shipping materials are recyclable, too: the cooling pads consist of 98% water and 2% plastic and can be easily reused or cut open and emptied down the sink and disposed of as usual. The straw insulation can also be reused or simply put on the compost.
We use straw fibres in their pure form and process them in an extremely energy-saving, climate-neutral way without the use of additives. In terms of disposal, the straw mats can either be put on the compost or repurposed in some way (pets, seat padding).
Because our blends are fresh, they must kept cool: we insulate our shipments with straw insulation and cool the tubs with reusable cooling pads.

Simply enter the discount code during the ordering process under "Voucher code". The discount will be automatically applied to your order amount. These codes cannot be combined, nor can they be processed retrospectively once you have placed the order.

Our set menu boxes are prepacked according to age and cannot be modified. However, you can tailor the 12 tubs in our nübee MyBox to your baby's tastes and preferences.

Maybe the order process was incomplete (problems with the internet or the payment process). It means your order didn't go through. On the other hand, perhaps the confirmation email landed in your spam folder. If you're unsure or you really didn't receive a delivery confirmation, please contact our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you've identified or assembled the box of blends of your choice, you choose the delivery date that's best for you (Wednesday or Friday) in the order calendar.
If you're at work, you can change the delivery address in your account settings. You'll receive an email or SMS text message from our carrier (DHL) on the day of delivery, with which you can also issue a "preferred location": this authorises DHL to leave the delivery on your property in a specified location. The carrier is required to leave the item somewhere safe and dry.
But please bear in mind we cannot guarantee that the blends will remain chilled by the time you return home. That's why we recommend that you receive the delivery personally and pop it straight into the fridge. You can also change DHL's delivery times using its email or SMS text message, although delivery must take place on the same day, otherwise our 24-hour cooling promise no longer applies.
Simply log in to your "nübee account" and navigate to the "Delivery" section: that's where you can change the shipping address. Please remember to change the address back to your home address afterwards.

A one-off cooled shipment costs CHF 5.00. Delivery is free if you take out a subscription.
DHL will send you an SMS text message as soon as the package's on its way, telling you when it will arrive. It also means DHL can call you if there's a problem.
